CAPE COFFEE Sakicha, Ethiopia

In the southern Oromia region, bordering the West Guji Zone is the Sakicha washing station. Coffee in Ethiopia is typically harvested in small quantities, with farmers picking ripe cherries in their own backyards and delivering them to washing stations. This coffee is bright and floral with a lively acidity. We notice notes of orange blossom, stone fruit and honeydew.
