This is our first lot from Mauricio Montanchez, the youngest of the Montanchez children. Mauricio and his two siblings split their father's farm equally into three parts to continue sustaining their family. This classic Pink Bourbon profile has a bright acidity with notes of wild strawberry, milk chocolate and cherry blasters.
