At 14, Hugo began working the farm founded by his maternal grandparents, who started to grow coffee in his family. Over time, he gradually acquired access to more pieces of family land to plant more trees and export more coffee from his farm. This washed yellow catuai variety is full bodied with a smooth acidity. We find notes of brownies, strawberry ice cream and white chocolate.
